My daughter said the flowers were lovely but when I saw the size I was a little disappointed. She did say they stayed fresh all week. I was also a little disappointed in the time of delivery- they came on the day I said but it was after 5 , although I did not clarify what time. A good experience overall, very kind on the phone.

Carole, I am deeply sorry you were not satisficed with the size, but all arrangements have a recipe that we follow (except for a designer choice). We do strive to follow the recipe given, however with your order we were out of the aster so we added extra alstro in its place. As for the late delivery, you are correct it was delivered after 5pm, it actually was delivered at 6:04pm, due to its location that area is always the last route (which was route 4 that day) making it later than normal. I do apologize for that. We will do better when going up to the camp. We're glad she enjoyed them.

Two orders in two weeks, with inclement weather both times. Not a problem for The Robbins Nest. Both giftees were thrilled with the flowers and balloons. And when I got a chance to see them days later, I was also thrilled— the flowers were still fragrant and the balloons were still ballooning! The Robbins Nest is now in my contacts for all my Jasper deliveries ;)

They were able to make a beautiful funeral arrangement on the day of the funeral. I had ordered flowers through an FTD florist, and was notified after business hours that they could not deliver my order. I contacted Robbins Nest and they saved the day
